I work with adults, teens, and parents who want to better understand themselves, break old patterns, and show up more fully and authentically in their lives. Many of my clients are navigating ADHD, Asperger's Syndrome (now ASD), anxiety, depression, life transitions, chronic health issues, or relationship challenges.
My approach blends mindfulness, body-based tools, and transpersonal psychology to help you connect more deeply with yourself and what matters most. I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for those feeling stuck, as well as nervous system support through polyvagal-informed care, mindfulness-based CBT, and therapeutic listening tools like the Safe and Sound Protocol.
